We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS and DHL. Shipping options, times and fees are automatically calculated and shown during checkout.
I can't select my country during checkout
Orders can only ship within the same country. Your country is automatically selected when you proceed to pay. If you would like to ship to another country, please contact us.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Orders can only ship to residential or commercial addresses. We cannot take your order if your billing/shipping address is a FedEx/UPS/DHL Shop, Post Office, Shipping Company or Mailbox. Furthermore, the customer's direct signature will be required upon delivery.
Has my order shipped?
All orders take 7 working days to ship after your confirmation by email. An email notification with shipping details and tracking number is automatically generated and sent when orders are shipped. Please notice that working days do not include weekends or holidays.
I haven't received my order yet
If your country requires Customs Clearance and Import Taxes to be paid or if your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS or DHL) providing the tracking number in our Shipping Confirmation.
Can I have my Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated by shipping carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL) when orders are shipped. We're not capable of providing tracking numbers before orders are shipped because we don't have them yet.
Why is my card being declined?
Please make sure you're entering your complete name exactly as in your bank statement. If a VPN/IP Anonymizer is being used or if your billing/shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot take your order. If everything is correct, please contact your bank for more details.
